ThinkEco Organic Cloth Menstrual Pad Review
Reusable cloth menstrual pads are amazing for a number of reasons, including the following:
Disposable pads are not great for our Earth. Due to the nature of these products, they can’t be recycled. They’re also made largely from plastic, which will still be hanging around the landfill in hundreds of years from now.
Cloth pads can last for 5-10 years, and they’re largely made from biodegradable, natural materials.
I’m sure you know this already, but disposable pads are expensive! This is particularly true if you have a heavy and/or long period.
Although cloth pads do cost a bit of money up-front ($5-10 per pad), they can save you thousands of dollars over your lifetime. It makes sense to switch as early as possible to maximize your savings. Get your frugal on!
Disposable pads and tampons contain trace amounts of toxic chemicals in them. The worst culprits are the bleaches used in the manufacturing process, as well as the pesticides used to grow the cotton.
Although there are only small amounts, exposure to this stuff can add up over time and result in some serious health consequences.
By switching to cloth pads (wash them first!), you can have a safer period experience. Organic pads, like these ones from ThinkEco are even better!

An Introduction to ThinkEco Organic Cloth Pads
These organic cloth menstrual pads from ThinkEco are new to the cloth pad scene. There isn’t a whole lot of information about them yet, apart from the product description on Amazon.
They do appear to be a top-quality product at quite a reasonable price. They’re made in Korea from 100% organic cotton.
More choice = good for consumers! Hesta Organic is very expensive, so we’re happy to see a cheaper, organic alternative.

The Takeaway on the ThinkEco Organic Cloth Menstrual Pads:
Overall, we don’t have a lot of information about the ThinkEco organic cloth pads. They are quite a new product and the company doesn’t appear to have a website yet. We’d LOVE more information about how these products are made, and the certification process behind the organic cotton.
More actual user reviews from people on Amazon would be most helpful as well. We’ll update this review in a few months once more information about this product is available.
However, we do love having options in the cloth menstrual pad world. There really aren’t that many organic versions of this product available, so we’re happy to see another one easily available on Amazon. These are cheaper than their main competitor, Hesta Organic so may be worth a look if you’d like an organic option at a more reasonable price.
ThinkEco menstrual pads come in a wide variety of sizes from xxs (panty-liner) to xxl (overnight). It should be noted that the xxs pads are indeed very small and they also don’t have a waterproof lining in them. Perhaps consider getting the xs size instead if you want a panty-liner type pad.
The early reviews on Amazon are quite good and people noted that they worked as expected. This means that the snaps held them in place quite well, they didn’t leak, and they were easy enough to wash and take care of.
