#10: High Cervix? It May Not Work Well for You
If you have a high cervix, the Ziggy Menstrual Cup may not work that well for you. Not sure about your cervix height? Here’s how you can tell:
- Insert your index finger into your vaginal canal
- Can you touch your cervix easily with the tip of your finger? You have a low cervix.
- If you can you touch your cervix with your finger inserted partway, or fully, you have a regular cervix height.
- If you can’t touch your cervix with your finger fully inserted, you have a high cervix.
The reason why the Ziggy may not work well if you have a high cervix is that it sits right below it. You have to put it WAAAY up there. And to remove it, you have to hook it with your finger.
